ORENCIA (Abatacept) is an FDA-approved subcutaneous injectable biologic therapy indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis (RA), polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pJIA), and adult psoriatic arthritis (PsA). Each pack contains 4×1 mL prefilled syringes, each delivering 87.5 mg/0.7 mL of Abatacept, a selective T-cell costimulation modulator that prevents T-cell activation, reducing inflammation and slowing joint damage while improving physical function and patient outcomes.

ORENCIA is designed for self-administration or administration by a healthcare professional, offering convenience, accuracy, and safety. The prefilled syringe system ensures consistent dosing and sterility for each injection.
