NUCALA (Mepolizumab) is an FDA-approved monoclonal antibody therapy indicated for the treatment of severe eosinophilic asthma, hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES), eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA), and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP). Each 1×1 mL prefilled syringe delivers a sterile, ready-to-use formulation of Mepolizumab, a targeted biologic that blocks interleukin-5 (IL-5) — the key cytokine responsible for eosinophil growth and survival.
