FASENRA
FASENRA (benralizumab) is a monoclonal antibody therapy indicated for the treatment of severe eosinophilic asthma in adults and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older. It targets the interleukin-5 receptor alpha (IL-5Rα) on eosinophils, leading to their rapid depletion and helping reduce airway inflammation, asthma exacerbations, and dependency on oral corticosteroids.
Each single-use prefilled syringe (1×1 mL) contains a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous injection, administered under the guidance of a licensed healthcare provider.
