ELFABRIO
ELFABRIO (pegunigalsidase alfa-iwxj) is an enzyme replacement therapy indicated for the treatment of Fabry disease, a rare genetic lysosomal storage disorder caused by a deficiency of the α-galactosidase A enzyme. It works by replacing the missing enzyme to help reduce the buildup of harmful substances (GL-3 and lyso-Gb3) in the body, supporting improved kidney, heart, and nervous system health.
ELFABRIO is supplied as a single-dose, preservative-free vial for intravenous infusion under medical supervision. Its pegylated formulation offers enhanced stability and extended enzyme activity for consistent therapeutic results.
