BENLYSTA (belimumab) is an FDA-approved monoclonal antibody infusion therapy indicated for adults and pediatric patients (≥ 5 years) with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and active lupus nephritis. Each sterile, lyophilized powder vial (120 mg or 400 mg) is reconstituted and administered intravenously under medical supervision.
